YAP has been created to teach young adults responsibility through project planning,  Students will workshop ideas for programs specific to their age demographic.  Meetings will take place monthly and be scheduled around YAPper's availability. Tasks include, but are not limited to, brainstorming and developing ideas, applying a budget to their plans, marketing, and following-through on a library program.  All of which will take place under the direct guidance and supervision of the Director and/or Program Coordinator.
