Swords & Shields

Prepare for a legendary night of chivalry and old-world spectacle at Swords & Shields, an after-hours Renaissance Fair held on the grounds of the Ridgway Public Library. This evening brings the grand traditions of the medieval era to life through an interactive showcase of martial skill, tabletop adventure, and historic lore. Guests can learn the art of the blade with expert longsword instruction from Pittsburgh's own Tony Cavalline, build a custom campaign character alongside resident Dungeon Masters Charlie and Alana, or test their valor in noble (and hilarious) challenges of skill and balance. Between quests, gather at the tavern to indulge in a savory feast of medieval tastings featuring a live suckling pig roast and a selection of tavern libations, all in support of your local public library.

$25 per person, registration required - 21+, IDs will be checked at the door
