Now is the perfect time to sign up!
  1. Sign out a copy of Wreck This Journal at the circulation desk.

  3. Return it. You’re welcome to stop back and sign it out again at a later date.

FAQ - Teen & Adult Programs

1. What is the Teen Writing Group?
For writers ages 13-18, our Teen Writing Group is a collaborative creative writing group for teens who love writing and reading (and talking about writing and reading). Join us for fun prompts, pizza, and a chance to chat with other people your age who are passionate about the written word. Our Teen Writing Group will be held monthly this summer on June 22, July 13, and August 10 as an extension of the Ridgway Public Library's Summer Reading Program.

2. What is the Teen Open Studio?
For teens ages 13-18, our Teen Open Studio is a monthly open makerspace featuring pre-arranged DIY projects (origami, weaving, painting, etc). Bring a group of friends to escape the afternoon summer heat and enjoy a snack or two while you work independently through creative projects and crafts. Held monthly from 2-4 PM on June 29, July 27, and August 17th as an extension of the Ridgway Public Library's Summer Reading Program.

3. Are Teen and Adult Programs Free?
All programs and events at the Ridgway Public Library are free unless otherwise noted.

4.
Why do some programs require registration?
